Symptom
System will not cool
Water does not flow
through cold water tank
System will not heat
System goes into an
overtemperature
condition
Cabinet Fan is not
operational
Line Isolation Monitor
(LIM) alarm or error

Possible Cause
Blockage in plumbing circuit
Faulty pump or pump circuitry
Inadequate ice supply
Inadequate water flow
No water flow at main water output
Blockage in plumbing circuit
Internal wiring continuity
Valve solenoid seizure
Faulty valve or valve circuitry
Blockage in plumbing circuit
Internal wiring continuity
Faulty heater or heater circuitry
Blockage in plumbing circuit
Faulty temperature control circuitry
Faulty heater or heater circuitry
Internal wiring continuity
Blockage in fan assembly
Faulty fan
Faulty DC power supply
LIM is not rated for the power
requirements and/or power factor of
the MCH.
Excessive leakage current from the
MCH
Solution
Have qualified service personnel inspect the
internal tubing for kinks, bends or other
blockage.
Contact CardioQuip Service.
Add ice to the cold water tank.

See "No circulation on main water
connections"
Have qualified service personnel inspect the
internal tubing for kinks, bends or other
blockage.
Have qualified service personnel check for an
open in the valve input wiring.
Have qualified service personnel inspect and
lubricate the valve solenoid.
