At the installation location, suitable electrical and water supply and sewage sys-
tem must be ensured, and before mounting, the structure of the wall must also
be checked by an architect for compliance.
We recommend the following solutions for mounting the appliance:
FIXING THE WALL MOUNTING WATER HEATER (for types IDE...F and IND...F)
The partition wall selected as the wall for the water heater to be mounted must
bear the weight of the water heater fi lled up with water, thus, in case of a thin
wall, strengthening fl at iron items should be used (on the other side of the wall).
NOTE:
1.) In order to ensure exchange of the active anode, free room of 200 mm should
be leaved under the bottom cover.
2.) The vertical wall mountable water heater of 75–200 litre capacity can be
placed on a 3 legged scaff old, which is delivered to the Client upon special re-
quest.
In order to ensure perfect stability to the water heater, it should be placed on the
3 legged scaff old and mounted to the wall with the suspension leg, before being
fi lled up with water.
• To decrease heat loss attributable to the hot water pipe, the appliance should be
installed the closest possible to the hot water withdrawal locations. For larger dis-
tances, the hot water pipe must be provided with thermal insulation.
5. CONNECTION TO THE WATER NETWORK AND
The tank and assemblies required for its operation must be connected to
the water network and heat exchanger according to Figure 10.3.
5.1.
It is forbidden to connect the appliance using a hose.
For cold and hot water connections, steel or red copper pipe rated for 0.6 MPa
nominal pipeline pressure, heat resistant plastic pipe rated up to min. 100 °C or
fl exible connection may equally be used. When connecting to a copper pipeline,
the use of insulating spacers is compulsory. One spacer must be inserted on the
hot water pipe of the container immediately, while the other one on the cold wa-
ter pipe, between the installed assemblies and the copper water pipeline. If no
spacer is used at the connections, we neither provide guarantee for failures at-
tributable to the corrosion of the threaded tank pipes, nor assume liability for
damages caused by the same.
The spacer is not included; you can order it under the following part number:
• 3/4" spacer: 1252122513
The tank must be installed and operated
in a frost free environment.
