4) Install a new release film: Place a new release film between the upper and lower
clamps, paying attention to the stacking sequence of the clamps, with the
counter bore side facing up. The release film needs to have a certain amount of
slack during installation. Placing a rubber foot pad of about 12 mm thick or other
round-cornered items of similar size under the release film can make installation
much easier. As shown in Picture (9-3), (9-4).
Use tweezers or other sharp objects to puncture the release film in the clamp
fixing hole. When tightening the screw, always press down on clamp to make the
middle of the release film swells a little bit. And the screws are installed in order
of diagonal crossing. Install all the remaining screws. See picture (9-5).
After you finish the installation, check if the release film is loose or not. Then
use scissors to cut off the excess release film on the outside of the clamp. See
picture (9-6).
