Servicing the brake system
Ensure that the dimensions X

the direction of the brake position.
Check whether the thread projection on the clevises is Z=0
ð If the thread projection on the clevises is Z=0
linkages (3.1, 3.2) is correct.
ð If the thread projection on the clevises is not Z=0
be adjusted.
Check whether the wheels turn freely when the brake is released.
Æ The unbraked wheels must be able to rotate freely without grinding noises.
Setting brake levers

Unscrew the bolt (1).
Detach the brake linkage (3.1, 3.2) from the support / holder and pull out upwards.
Mark the current brake lever setting on the brake shaft.
Dismount the retaining ring (3).
Remove the brake levers (1.1, 1.2) from the brake shaft and move them by one tooth on the
brake shaft.
Ensure that the brake levers are moved the same on both sides.
Mount the retaining ring (3).
Mount the brake linkage (3.1, 3.2).
After moving the brake levers (1.1, 1.2), reset the brake linkages,
