7.2 Main Components Maintenance and Detection

7.2.1 Control Box Assembly Replacement
Tool: Cross screwdriver
Operation Step:
1.Put the range hood on a flat platform, switch the power off;
2.Dismantle the damaged control box assembly according to control box assembly dismantling step in
6.4;
3.Prepare the intact control box assembly for replacement; install the control box assembly according to
the contrary step sequence of 6.4.

Possible Causes
1.Spotlight is damaged due to aging.
2.Lamp cord has poor contact or
damage.
3.Spotlight control switch has
damage or poor contact.
1.Control Switch is damaged.
2.Fan terminal has poor contact.
3.The motor is damaged.
1.Power hasn't been normally
switched on or inserted the plug.
2.Power cord has damage or poor
contact.
3.Control box assembly or the
circuit has damage.
4Both fan assembly and spotlight
are damaged.

Maintenance Measures
1.Replace the same spec and model spotlight
2.Check whether the lamp holder, terminal and
the circuit itself have damage, if damaged,
replace the lamp holder;
3.Check whether the switch works normally, if
switch button is damaged, replace the switch
assembly.
1.Check whether the switch button works
normally, if the button is damaged, replace the
switch assembly.
2.Check whether each terminal connection of
fan is normal and circuit is damged, if circuit
damaged, replace the motor.
3.If the above problems work normally,
replace the motor and retest.
1.Check whether it has plug-in or normal
power conenction
2.Check whether power cord terminal has
normal contact or the power cord has damage,
if damaged, replace the same spec. power
cord.
3.Check whether control box assembly button
and circiut have damage or poor contact, if
damaged, replace the control box assembly.
4.If the above problems work normally, replace
fan assembly and spotlight to retest.
