Arrange parts as shown on a level surface. Both post assemblies should
be approximately parallel and Á ush at each end.

Place Side Header assembly on top of post and Á ush at corner (Fig. A).

Square and Pre-drill two holes in post 1/4" x 2-1/2" DEEP through header's
pre-drilled holes as shown.

Secure header to corner posts using two 4-1/2" Lag bolts (Fig. A).

With some assistance carefully Á ip post and header over to work on opposite side.
FINISH

Repeat steps 1-5 to assemble second side.
