The
BBQ
has been
supplied
for the benefit of members
and
Club
Sections. The
BBQ
may
be used by
external bodies on approval by the Board. ln order
to
protect the
Club asset,
this facility
is
to
be
used in
conjunction
with the attached
rules and manual.
Rule
1.
The
BBQ is
to
be
signed
out
for
use by
the
person
using
the
asset.
Rule
2.
By
signing
for
the
asset,
that
person acknowledges
the safety notices,
use
of equipment and
care and
maintenance of
the
BBQ
in accordance
with the attached
manual.
Rule
3.
Any
third
party user
is
to
be
briefed
fully
on
the
rules and manual
by
the
person signing
for
the
asset.
Rule
4.
The
BBQ is
to
be
returned in
a
functional, hygienic and clean state, in accordance
with
cleaning and
maintenance procedures contained in
the
manual.
Rule 5.
The
BBQ
is
to
be
signed in
after
use.
The
register is located in
the Administration Office during
Business
hours or
the
Bar
at other times.
Copies
of
the
notice are attached
to the
registers and
on the
Club
website.
There is provision
for
noting damage occurred or maintenance required.

WIRE
BRUSH
ON
THE
BBQ
SURFACE FOR CLEANING
