    Direct contact between the skin of the patient and the cushion during patient positioning To improve hygiene and increase the service life, KaVo recommends to use ap- propriate covers (e.g. head protection bags) to protect the cushions that are regularly in contact with the skin of the patient. Sweat or hair and skin care products can be a serious strain on the cushions.
