Adjust the Tension
It is possible to adjust how hard or how easy it is to change the angle of
your Porter’A handshower holder.
Remove the cover (if necessary) by sliding it upwards.
Use a slot-head screwdriver to turn the adjustment screw - clockwise to
make movement easier, counter-clockwise to make it harder.
Replace the cover.
