Note
Machine-specific compensation data only needs to be archived if the series machine
startup file is to be reimported into the same controller (backup).
System data blocks (SDB)
System data blocks are only used to back up the hardware configuration (not the program
logic).

Proceed as follows

1. Select the "Program manager" operating area.
2. Press the menu forward key and then the "Series startup" softkey.
The "Series machine startup" window opens.

3. Check the box appropriate to the data that you want to archive:
- NC data, with or without compensation data
- All loaded PLC data, or system data blocks (SDB) only
- Drive data
- HMI data, "All" or "Selection".
