Presentation of warnings

The classification of warnings is based on ISO 3864-2 and ANSI Z535.6, using the key terms

of
"Danger", "Warning" and "Caution" in the case of personal injury,
"Attention" in the case of equipment damage and
"Notice" to impart general information.
This document classifies and presents the various pieces of safety information as follows:
DANGER!
marks a danger with a high risk
if not avoided.
WARNING!
marks a danger with a medium risk
death if not avoided.
CAUTION!
marks a danger with a low risk
jury if not avoided.
ATTENTION!
marks a potentially damaging situation in which the product or objects may
be damaged if not avoided.
NOTICE!
marks tips for use and other particularly useful information that may not be
recognised at first glance.
SAFETY INFORMATION!
marks safety information which must be observed in the stated operating
situation.
