3. If connecting external/input devices, audio devices, or external power to the camera,
connect them according to the instructions in the camera's Installation Guide.
4. If applicable, connect the internal network cable and I/O cable, which are pre-installed in
the outdoor housing, to the camera.
5. Attach the holder to the bottom cover. Adjust the position of the holder carefully and
tighten the holder screws including the washers (torque 0.5 Nm). Allow just enough
distance, approximately 5–10 mm (0.2–0.4 in.), between the camera lens and the front
end of the plastic inner housing to fit the top cover without the window scratching
the lens.
6. If using an SD card for local storage, insert the card into the camera's SD card slot.
7. Connect the external network cable to PoE IN.
8. If applicable, set the Cold Startup Delay switch to the correct position, see table on page
page 14 and Cold Startup Delay Switch on page 16
