9. If applicable, check that the housing's status LEDs indicate the correct conditions. See
LED Indicators on page 10.
10. Make sure that the camera LEDs indicate the correct conditions. See the camera's
Installation Guide.
11. Loosen the bracket adjustment screw to aim the camera to the point of interest. For
information about how to view the video stream, see the camera's Installation Guide
or www.axis.com/techsup
12. Attach the top cover safety wire to the tab on the bottom cover.
13. Close the housing. Make sure to alternately tighten the bottom cover screws a few turns
at a time until they are tight (torque 1.5 Nm). This will help ensure that the bottom
cover gasket is compressed evenly.
14. Loosen the sunshield adjustment screws and adjust the sunshield to the desired position.

Make sure not to pinch any cables when closing the housing.

Cold Startup Delay Switch

AXIS T92E20 features Arctic Temperature Control, which is enabled by setting the Cold Startup
Delay switch to I (ON). When enabled, this function controls when the camera restarts after a
power cut, when temperatures are below 0 °C (32 °F); the camera is first heated to approximately
0 °C (32 °F) before it initializes. This prevents damage to camera models that include moving parts.
Note
The switch should be disabled for cameras without moving parts, since they do not require
this function, see Install the Camera in the Housing

• Avoid the use of abrasive cleaners, squeegees and/or other cleaning implements that
may scratch or gouge the coating.
• Do not clean with a dry cloth or sponge.
• Do not use razor blades or other sharp tools, abrasive or strongly alkaline detergents,
solvents, leaded benzene and carbon tetrachloride.
1. Gently wash the sheet to loosen dirt and grime, see table below.
How to remove:
Dust or dirt
Use a microfiber cloth or a sponge with:
Lukewarm water or non-abrasive detergent
