b) Flüssigkeitsabsaugung beim Shavereinsatz
mit dem Motorensystem UNIDRIVE ® S III
Das Signal eines am UNIDRIVE ® S III angeschlos-
senen zweistufigen Einpedal-Fußschalters wird
über das Steuerkabel 27 6100 70 zum S-PILOT™
durchgeschleift. Betätigt der Operateur die erste
Raststufe des Fußschalters, öffnet das Ventil am
S-PILOT™, so dass Flüssigkeit über das Vakuum
abgesaugt werden kann. Wird der Fußschalter in
die zweite Raststufe gedrückt, so wird zusätzlich
das Motorensystem aktiviert. Da das Ventil auch
in der zweiten Fußschalterstufe geöffnet bleibt,
können die vom Shaver entfernten Gewebestücke
zusammen mit der Spülflüssigkeit kontinuierlich
abgesaugt werden.
c) Flüssigkeitsabsaugung beim Einsatz mit
dem Ultraschall-Generator CALCUSON
Das Signal eines am CALCUSON angeschlos-
senen zweistufigen Einpedal-Fußschalters wird
über das Steuerkabel 20 7010 70 zum S-PILOT™
durchgeschleift. Betätigt der Operateur die erste
Raststufe des Fußschalters, öffnet das Ventil am
S-PILOT™, so dass Flüssigkeit über das Vakuum
abgesaugt werden kann. Wird der Fußschalter in
die zweite Raststufe gedrückt, so wird zusätzlich
der CALCUSON aktiviert. Da das Ventil auch
in der zweiten Fußschalterstufe geöffnet bleibt,
können die Steinfragmente zusammen mit der
Flüssigkeit kontinuierlich abgesaugt werden.

UNIDRIVE S III
The signal of a two-stage single-pedal footswitch
®
connected to the UNIDRIVE S III is looped
through the control cable 27 6100 70 to the
S-PILOT™. If the surgeon activates the first stage
of the footswitch, the valve on the S-PILOT™
opens so that fluid can be suctioned via the
vacuum. If the footswitch is pressed into the
second stage, the motor system is additionally
activated. As the valve also stays open in the
second footswitch stage, tissue fragments which
have been removed from the shaver, including the
rinsing liquid can be suctioned away.

c) Suctioning fluid when using with the
CALCUSON ultrasonic generator
The signal of a two-stage single-pedal footswitch
connected to the CALCUSON is looped through
the control cable 20 7010 70 to the S-PILOT™.
If the surgeon activates the first stage of the

that fluid can be suctioned via the vacuum. If the
footswitch is pressed into the second stage, the
CALCUSON is additionally activated. As the valve
also stays open in the second footswitch stage,
the stone fragments including the fluid can be
suctioned away.

b) Succión de líquidos al utilizar el Shaver

La señal de un interruptor monopedal, de dos
niveles, conectado al UNIDRIVE ® S III pasa a la
válvula S-PILOT™ a través de una conexión en
bucle con el cable de mando 27 6100 70. Si el
cirujano acciona el primer nivel del interruptor de
pedal, la válvula S-PILOT™ se abre de tal forma
que el líquido puede succionarse mediante vacío.
Si se presiona el segundo nivel del interruptor,
se activa adicionalmente el sistema de motores.
Dado que la válvula también permanece abierta en
el segundo nivel del interruptor de pedal, los frag-
mentos tisulares que hayan sido removidos por el
Shaver pueden ser succionados continuamente
junto con el líquido de irrigación.
c) Succión de líquidos durante la aplicación
con el generador ultrasónico CALCUSON
La señal de un interruptor monopedal de dos
niveles conectado a un CALCUSON pasa a la
S-PILOT™ por el cable de mando 20 7010 70 a
través de una conexión en bucle. Si el cirujano
acciona el primer nivel del interruptor de pedal,
la válvula de la S-PILOT™ se abre de modo tal,
que el líquido puede succionarse mediante vacío.
Si se presiona el segundo nivel del interruptor, se
activa adicionalmente el CALCUSON. Dado que la
válvula también permanece abierta en el segundo
nivel del interruptor de pedal, pueden succionarse
continuamente los fragmentos de cálculos junto
con el líquido.
