How do I put my Powerline Adapters into Standby
mode?
• On each Powerline Adapter press the [ON/SBY]
button. Standby Mode should be indicated by
a dull red Status Light, there should be no other
lights on at this point.
• Please be aware you will need to press the [ON/SBY]
button on both Powerline Adpters to bring them
out of Standby Mode and wait approximately 30
seconds before you next use them.
Is it safe to leave the Powerline Adapters on all the
time – is there any danger of overheating?
• Powerline Adapters are CE certified and
completely safe to leave plugged-in all the time.
They may become slightly warm in use – this is
perfectly normal. However you may wish to put
them into Standby when not in use.

room, can I connect using the ethernet cable?
• Yes. Plug one end of the ethernet cable into yellow
Port 1 of the Home Hub, and the other end in the
yellow LAN socket of the
