FAQs
FAQs
Both the AP Lights remain off on both Powerline
Adapters but the Status Lights are green or solid
red. Is this correct?
• No. If your Powerline Adpaters are showing two
green Status Lights but no AP Lights it means
both Powerline Adapters are set-up incorrectly.
• Also, If they are showing two solid red lights
and no AP Lights this is because the Powerline
Adapters are not correctly set-up and have no
connection. In either case you will need to carry
out the following to rectify this issue.
• Ensure that both Powerline Adapters are in close
proximity for this procedure as you may find you
have to move them into an extension strip or
double wall socket. Once reconfigured they can
be repositioned in their original location.
• Press and keep holding the [CONFIG/F RESET]
button on one of the Powerline Adapters. When
the orange AP Light starts to flash release the
button.
