USE AND OPERATION

Place the appliance on a flat surface. Plug In and sound a buzzer. The LED display will
flash once, Power button illuminate. Do not press the power button before finishing the
below operations:
1 Put the stirrer into the middle of tank (middle of rut), cover the filter cap.
2 Fill the water bath with lukewarm or hot water. The water must not be hotter than
the cooking temperature.
3 The water must be above the FILL mark (Min level) in the water bath, and it must
cover the foods you want to cook. Make sure not to overfill the water bath with
water so that it doesn't overflow when the foods are placed in it!
4 If necessary, insert the Sous vide rack in the water bath if you want to cook
foods that are best placed on the rack.
5 Place the lid on the water bath.
Press and hold the on/off (Power) button to switch the appliance on and sound a
buzzer. The display will come on and the temperature is automatically set to 56°C and
time in 8 hours. Default temperature 56°C flashes.
1 Adjust the temperature as required by using the [+] and [-] buttons.
2 Press the Timer/Temp button and adjust the cooking time by using the + and -
buttons. Press this button and hold for 3 seconds will change the temperature
display to Fahrenheit degree (Default display is Celsius degree).
3 Press the Start/Stop button. The unit start working, and the central stirrer has
a delay stirring in few Seconds. The appliance preheats the water to the set
temperature before the cooking time begins to count down. The display shows
the current temperature of the water.
4 Once the water has reached the preset temperature, 3 beeps will sound. The
cooking time starts to count down. Lift the lid off and carefully lay the vacuum-
packed food in the water bath using tongs. The water must be able to circulate
around the packs of food. Replace the lid.
5 Once the cooking time has elapsed, 3 beeps will sound and the appliance will
stop working and Power button illuminate.
Note: You can cancel the cooking process at every time by pressing Start/Stop
button.
