OPERATION

Note: Only use the appliance in well-ventilated rooms. Do not block the ventilation
openings on the back or door of the dehydrating appliance.
1 Switch on: Press the ON/OFF switch.
2 Setting the temperature: Turn the knob to the desired temperature.
3 Setting the timer: Press the SEL button. The digital timer display flashes.
4 Setting the hours: Press the arrows to increase or decrease the number of hours (up
to 40 hours).
5 Setting the minutes: Press the SEL button again. Set the minutes by increasing the
value with ^or v.
6 To confirm the timer setting: Press SEL again.
7 Finally, press the START button.
8 Before drying, let the appliance run at 32 °C for 45 minutes to remove the moisture.
9 If the appliance stops for an unknown reason, turn off the appliance and repeat
steps 1-7.
10 Pull the trays with oven gloves out of the unit and load them with the pieces to be
dried. Do not overlap the pieces and leave space in between to allow the air to
circulate for best results.
1 1 Push the trays back into the unit. Use both hands to ensure maximum stability.
12 Adjust the temperature by turning the knob on the top of the unit.
