OPERATION

WARNING
Risk of injury! When the device is switched on, do not put your
hands or sharp, hard objects into the blender jug or anyone else to
avoid injury or damage to the device.
Important notes on operation
This device may only be used at altitudes below 2000 m.
Before turning on the power, make sure the blender jar, lid and overfl ow valve
are in place. If the soft rubber coaster is deformed on the device, fl atten it
before use.
Fill the desired ingredients into the device before switching it on. Do not
operate the device without content.
The outside of the device can be wiped with a dry cloth. To avoid damaging
the device, never immerse it in water or other liquids and never clean it under
running water or other liquids.
Do not use abrasives or corrosive liquids such as petrol or acetone to clean the
device.
When using a non-heating function, if ingredients or components need to be
added during cooking, they can be added by opening the overfl ow valve. To
avoid scalding, never open the overfl ow valve during operation when using
the heating function.
When preparing fruit and vegetable drinks, the stones must be removed from
the fruit or vegetable. Before cooking, wash the ingredients and cut them into
pieces no larger than 5 cm.
Never use dry ingredients or hard Chinese medicines (such as stone swallow,
lotus seed, stone magnet, etc.) to crush or grind in the device.
Ingredients and liquids must not be mixed at temperatures above 80 °C.
The amount of ingredients in the recipe is calculated according to the
standard water level. Adjust the total amount of ingredients according to the
amount of water and the type of food when using the recipe. When using
the heating function, the amount of water should not exceed 1400 ml (the
maximum capacity of soy milk and rice paste should not exceed 1200 ml).
When preparing cold drinks (function without heating operation), 1750 ml
should not be exceeded, otherwise it can easily lead to overfl owing or sticking
to the base.
Do not heat milk, soy milk or sticky liquids such as cold rice paste directly with
this device as they may burn the bottom of the device.
In order to avoid strange odours, insuffi cient heating and possible overfl owing
or sticking, it is important to choose the appropriate function buttons when
using the device to prepare porridge, paste, soup and beverages.
In order for foods such as dry corn, red beans, mung beans, rice, etc. to be
properly crushed and taste good, it is recommended to soak them in hot
water for 4 hours before use.
