Deactivation/activation
Press 3 to deactivate the function.
Warning light 2 comes on.
Pressing again reactivates the function.
Le warning light 2 disappears and the
message "blind spot alert activated" is
displayed on the instrument panel.
When the engine is started, the
system remembers its last recorded
position when the ignition was last
switched off.

An indicator light 4 is located on each
rear view mirror 5.
note: clean the rear view mirrors 5 reg-
ularly so that the indicators 4 can be
seen.

operation
This function gives a warning:
– when the vehicle speed is between
approximately 19 mph (30 km/h) and
87 mph (140 km/h);
and
– when another vehicle is in the blind
spot area A and travelling in the
same direction as your vehicle.
The function does not notify the
driver if the other vehicles are not
moving.
