3.8 Use of the batteries using hourly programming (optional)

The INGECON SUN EMS Board permits daily management of the use of the batteries via an
hourly program. By default, this function is switched off. To activate it, the following parameters
must be defined.
Time slot for charging batteries from the electrical grid
This allows the battery to be charged from the electrical grid in minimum charge status "SOC
Grid" for a period of time defined by the user. The parameters to be configured include:

Time slot for discharging batteries
This allows the battery to be discharged only for a defined period of time by the user. The
parameters to be configured include:

During the time slot in which the batteries are charged from the electrical
grid, the manager will try to maintain the level of battery charge by
charging from the grid, if necessary.
The electrical grid charging power in any given time will be equal to the
maximum contracted power (defined in the "Contracted Power" setting)
minus the consumption of the loads.
Determines the start of the time slot in which the batteries can be charged
from the electrical grid.
Determines the end of the time slot in which the batteries can be charged
from the electrical grid.
Determines the start of the time slot in which the battery can be
discharged.
Determines the end of the time slot in which the battery can be
discharged.
