3. MB Circuit Board
(Time required: About 4 minutes)
3-1. Remove the bottom MB assembly. (See procedure 2)
3-2. Remove the eight (8) screws marked [30]. The MB
circuit board can then be removed. (Fig. 2)
* Be careful not to move the circuit board excessively
as such movement will apply a stress to the LED.
* When installing the MB circuit board, tighten screws
in the order of z to , as shown in Fig. 2.

4. DSUB-PH Connector Assembly
(Time required: About 5 minutes)
4-1. Remove the bottom MB assembly. (See procedure 2)
4-2. Remove the four (4) screws marked [50A]. The sheet
protect plate can then be removed. (Fig. 3)
4-3. Remove the two (2) screws marked [50B]. The earth
clamp can then be removed. (Fig. 4)
4-4. Remove the DSUB-PH connector assembly. (Fig. 4)

3-2. [30] のネジ 8 本を外して、MB シートを外します。

※ ネジ締め無しの状態でシートを著しく動かして LED にス
トレスをかけないように注意してください。
MB シートを取り付ける際は、図 2 に示す z 〜 , の順

にネジを締めてください。

（所要時間：約 5 分）
4-1. ボトム MB Ass y を外します。 （2 項参照）
4-2. [50A] のネジ 4 本を外して、基盤保護プレートを外
します。 （図 3）
4-3. [50B] のネジ 2 本を外して、アースクランプを外し
ます。 （図 4）
4-4. DSUB-PH 束線を外します。 （図 4）
