Setting the flow rate

The flow rate of the Turbo SMART II has for each metering range (standard setting, high
viscosity products, reduced metering rate) continuously variable settings between
minimum and maximum.

NOTICE!
Without the cover plug, product and/or moisture can penetrate into the pump!

2. Push a small screwdriver back into the notch, then pry the cover plug (Pos. 9)
up and remove it by hand.

1. Set the jumper for capacity
depending on the current viscosity range and flow rate according to
Ä Table on page 31, Ä Table on page 32 and/or Ä Table on page 32 .
2. Set the output on the potentiometer's adjustment screw (Pos. 29) with a small flat
screwdriver.
3. After setting potentiometer, replace cover plug .
CAUTION!
When removing the cover plug (Pos. 9), do not use pliers.
Risk of breakage: the plug and pump module can be destroyed!
