Start-up Operations
High viscosity products (maximum metering capacity: 15 l/h)
Set the jumper for capacity
use: High viscosity products (max. 1100 mPas) .
The longer suction stroke will take a reduced metering capacity.

Jumper left side
Metering capacity:
Infinitely variable from ... up to ... [l/h]
Suction stroke:

Pressure stroke:
Infinitely variable from ... up to ... [l/h]
Number of Strokes:

Reduced metering rate (maximum metering capacity: 2.6 l/h)
If you are removing the jumper for capacity (
Pos. J2) the maximum pump metering rate will reduced if you are metering capacities
lower than 2.6 l/h..
The metering capacity can set precise at the potentiometer (
flow rate' on page 33) between 0.1 (min.) and 2.6 l/h (max.).
The longer suction stroke in this setting allow the metering from: lower viscosity products
and also high viscosity products.
