Allergic contact dermatitis
and other allergic reactions
may occur in susceptible
individuals.
2. Dust will be generated when
grinding these materials. Eye,
skin and respiratory irritation

LABORATORY
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
I. FULL DENTURES
A. Baseplate
1.
Box and pour the master
model. The land area of the
model should be 1mm or less
above the depth of the sulcus
to allow light penetration for
complete curing.
2. Carve the post-dam in the
master model if not included
in the impression.
3. Due to undercuts, a duplicate
or working model may be
required for articulation
and set-up. The baseplate
must be cured on the master
model.
4. Place temperature indicator
on model. Paint a thin layer
of separator (Al-Cote®
Separating Agent) on the
dry master model and allow
separator to dry completely.
NOTE: Since the baseplate and
set-up will become the final
prosthesis, cleanliness is very
important to an acceptable
outcome.
5. Heat the master model to
120-130°F (49-54°C) in the
Dentpsly Sirona Conditioning
Oven set at 131°F (55°C).
Heating time will vary
depending on the number of
models in the Dentpsly Sirona
Conditioning Oven and the
water content of the gypsum.
Temperature Indicator
(provided) will turn black
when model is at correct
temperature.
6. Place the rounded sides
of the upper or lower size
Baseplate Resin arch on
the ridge and allow the
Baseplate Resin to warm on
the model for 30 seconds.
Carefully adapt the labial/
buccal surfaces to avoid
air entrapment. Begin
adaptation at the crest of
the ridge and slowly and
carefully adapt the material
down the buccal slope and
into the vestibule last. Follow
the same procedure for the
palatal/lingual section. For
the maxillary baseplate,
carefully join the two sides at
the midline without trapping
air.
7.
Apply Eclipse Air Barrier
Coating to the entire surface
of the baseplate, and place it
in the Eclipse Processing Unit
within 10 minutes; then start
the baseplate cure sequence.

* Alternate Curing Units -
Austenal® Enterra™ VLC
Curing Unit/ Eclipse®
Junior (EU Only) - Refer to
appropriate Directions for
Materials Use in these curing
units.
8. When the curing cycle
is complete, remove the
baseplate/model from the
Eclipse Processing Unit
and allow the baseplate/
model to cool on the bench
until reaching ambient
temperature.
9. Soak the baseplate and
master model in tap water
