NOTE

: The EMC requirements are fulfilled at factory defaults of switching frequencies (all frames).

NOTE:

If safety switch is connected the EMC, protection shall be continuous over the whole cable in-

stallation.

UL standards on cabling

To meet the UL (Underwriters Laboratories) regulations, use a UL approved copper cable with a mini-

mum heat-resistance of +60/75 °C (75/167 °F). Use Class 1 wire only.

The units are suitable for use on a circuit capable of delivering not more than 100,000 rms symmetrical

amperes, 600 V maximum.

Table 15 shows the minimum dimensions of the Cu/Al-cables and the corresponding fuse sizes.

These instructions apply only to cases with one motor and one cable connection from the AC drive to

the motor. In any other case, ask the factory for more information.
