Troubleshooting Guide

Symptoms
1. The unit does
not operate.
2. Water is not
heated as
desired.
3. The water
temperature
remains
unstable.
4. The water does
not flow well
while the water
from the other
tap are strong.
5. Shower cycles
from hot to cold.

Probable Cause
A. No electric current flow
through the unit.
B. The circuit breaker or
fuses are cut off.
C. There is not sufficient
water pressure.
A. There is too much water
pressure/volume into the
unit.
A. The water pressure
remains unstable.
A. The filter is obstructed
by dust.
B. The showerhead or
handshower is clogged.
A. The shower head or
handshower is blocked.
B. Water pressure is below
the minimum pressure
required for the unit
operation.
C. Temperature control
knob is set too high.
D. The thermostat is faulty
or damaged.

Recorrective Action
A. Check the connection of
the wire to the correct
terminals or not.
B. The circuit breaker has
drop down to "OFF"
position. Push it to "ON"
position.
C. Improve water pressure.
A. Decrease the water
supply by adjusting the
inlet valve and stop valve.
A. Adjust water pressure.
A. Clean the filter.
B. Clean the shower.
A. Remove and clean.
B. Make sure that the mains
supply and/or the stop
valve is fully turned on.
C. Turn the temperature
control knob counter-
clockwise until a cooler
temperature is achieved.
D. Replace.
