6.2 With an RTS control point
$ Figure I
1) To switch on the heating ramp:
Press the Up button.

2) To switch off the heating ramp:
Press the Down button.

3) To switch on the «my» favourite heating level directly:
Press the STOP/my button.

4) To increase the heating level:
Press and hold the Up button: the heating level increases

to 33% then 66% then 100%.
Release the Up button when the required heating level is

reached.
5) To reduce the heating level
Press and hold the Down button: the heating level is

reduced from 100% to 66% then 33% then switches off.
Release the Down button when the required heating level

is reached.

7. Optional settings

7.1 Modifying the «My» favourite heating level
The favourite heating level on the Heating Mod/Var
Receiver RTS is factory-set to 33% of maximum power.
This favourite position may be modified as required.
7.1.1 From a Mod/Var range RTS control point

A Mod/Var range RTS control point is an RTS control point
with an adjustment thumbwheel.
Press the «My» button to switch on the heating lamp in

the «my» favourite position.
Move the thumbwheel to adjust the heating level
2)
according to requirements: 33%, 66% or 100%.
Once the required heating level has been reached, press the

«my» button until the heating lamp switches on then off:
The new favourite heating level is programmed.
7.1.2 From an RTS control point

Press the «My» button to switch on the heating lamp in

the «my» favourite position.
Press and hold the up or down buttons to adjust the

heating level as required: 33%, 66% or 100%.
Once the required heating level has been reached, press the

«my» button until the heating lamp switches on then off:
The new favourite heating level is programmed.
7.2 Adding/Deleting RTS control points
Up to 12 control points can be programmed into a
Heating Mod/Var Receiver RTS.
Proceed in the same way to add or remove a control
point.

Press the PROG button on the programmed RTS control

7.3 Creating multiple or group controls
7.3.1 Group control

Switch off the power supply to all the Heating Mod/Var

Receiver RTSs (c, d and e) to be controlled by a single
RTS control point.
Switch on the power to the first Heating Mod/Var

Receiver RTS (c) to be linked to the RTS control point.
Simultaneously press the Up/Down buttons on the RTS
3)
control point: the heating lamp comes on then goes out.
Press the PROG button on the RTS control point: the

heating lamp will come on then go out again to indicate
that the RTS control point has been programmed into the
Heating Mod/Var Receiver RTS.

8. Tips and recommendations

8.1 A problem with the Heating Mod/Var
Receiver RTS?
Problems
The heating
ramp cannot
be operated
by pressing
one of the
buttons on
the RTS
control point.
8.2 Replacing a lost or broken control point

This reset is carried out if all the RTS control points have
been lost or broken.
This reset removes all control points but retains the
favourite heat level programmed.
Only switch off the power twice to the Heating Mod/Var
Receiver RTS to be reset!
Cut the power supply for 2 seconds.
1)
Switch the power supply back on for approximately 10
2)
seconds (for at least 5 seconds but no longer than 15
seconds).
Cut the power supply for 2 seconds.
3)
Switch the power supply back on: the heating lamp
4)
flashes slowly.
Briefly press the PROG button on the new RTS control
5)
point (f):
The heating lamp will come on then go out again

to indicate that the RTS control point has been
programmed into the Heating Mod/Var Receiver RTS.

8.3 Restoring the original configuration
