HEADLIGHTS AND SIDELIGHT
The inboard headlights (those nearest the centre of the car) contain
the main beam headlight and sidelight bulbs, while the outboard
headlights contain the dipped beam headlight bulbs.

Bulb Replacement
1. Twist the circular cover on the back of the headlight one
eighth of a turn anticlockwise to remove.
2. Pull the electrical connector from the back of the headlight
bulb.
3. Unhook the wire retaining clip, and pivot away from the rear
of the bulb.
4. Remove the bulb.
Before fitting the replacement bulb, note the shape of the bulb's
circular mounting flange. The inboard headlight bulb has a flat on
one side of the flange, which serves to locate the bulb, whereas the
mounting flange of the outboard bulb has a square tab, which must
be aligned vertically in the bulb holder. The bulbs are not
interchangeable and care must be taken to ensure they are inserted
correctly.
When replacing the cover on the rear of the headlight, note that
the lug on the outer circumference must be aligned with the large
cut out in the lower part of the headlight body
During use, Halogen headlight bulbs may shatter if the glass
has been scratched, or contaminated with oil or perspiration.
DO NOT touch the glass. If handled, clean with methylated spirits
and a clean cloth.
Sidelight
Replacement bulb: 5 watt.
The sidelight bulb holder is adjacent to the inboard headlight bulb.
With the circular cover removed from the rear of the headlight,
pull the bulb holder from the light unit and pull to remove the
bulb from the bulb holder.
