1. 테이블을 NC 로터리 테이블에 설치합니다.
흔들림 ↗0.01mm이하로 조정합니다.
2. RTC척을 테이블에 고정합니다
(척과 테이블의 흔들림은 ↗0.02mm로 조정
합니다.) Fig.4의 순서로 나사를 조입니다.
1→2→3→4→5→6

척의 체결볼트는 지정한 토크로 체결합니다.
(13 페이지 참조)
체결토크가 불충분하거나 과도할 경우 사고가
발생할 수 있습니다.

1. Install the table onto the machine
(rotary table); adjust the concentricity and
vibration of flatness within ↗0.01mm.
2. Fix the chuck onto the table.
(Adjust the concentricity of chuck outside
diameter and the vibration of flatness
within ↗0.02mm.)
Tighten the screws in following sequence.
1→2→3→4→5→6

WARNING
Tighten the mounting screws of the chuck
with specified torque.(See page 13)
If tightening torque is insufficient or too
much, the accident will be caused.

1. 将台安装到NC转台上。摇晃公差应调整
为↗0.01mm以下
2. 将RTC卡盘固定到台上。(卡盘和台的摇
晃精度调整为↗0.02mm) 按 Fig.4 顺
序带紧螺丝。
1→2→3→4→5→6
卡盘固定螺丝要使用指定力矩带紧。(参
照13页 ) 如果力矩不足或过大，会造成
事故。
