3-1 테이블 제작, 설치
- RTC척의 B값(Fig.2)을 측정해 테이블의 고정
직경을 가공합니다, 기준은 ↗0.010mm
입니다.
- NC로터리 테이블과 Fig.2의 치수에 따라
브라켓의 나사위치를 여유있게 가공합니다.
- RTC척을 설치할 때 정밀도는 테이블의
평면도와 B값에 영향을 받으므로 흔들림은
↗0.010mm 이하로 해야합니다.

3. Mounting

Manufacture of

- According to the mounting dimension
of chuck B (Fig.2) to machine the
connective dimension of table and chuck,
the criterion is under ↗0.010mm.
- Machine the screws position of table
in accordance with the groove dimension
of NC rotary table and Fig.2.
- The accuracy will be affected due to the
runout of the outer diameter of table
flatness, so that when install the RTC
chuck, the flatness of table and the runout
of outer diameter should adjust under
↗0.010mm.

3-1
- 测定RTC卡盘的B值(Fig.2)，加工台的固
定直径，标准为↗0.010mm。
- 根据NC回转台与 Fig.2 的尺寸，托架的
螺丝位置应保证一些余份。
- 当安装RTC卡盘时，精度受台的平面度与
B值影响，摇晃应为↗0.010mm以下。
