▶ By setup the Slope from Fix Operation, "TSP(Target Setting Point)" works same as "TSP" in Program
Control. But "TSP" work as "Setting Point(SP)" if the change ratio is not set.

→ EUS 0.5% = 0.5
▶ Operation Type = Pattern
▶ TYPE = Target Value(PV)
▶ Range Low = 30.0%
▶ Range High = 50.0%
▶ Oper. Band =In Band

▶ Input = 0.0 ~ 100.0
→ EUS 0.5% = 0.5
