System Hardware Setup

Introduction

This Quick Installation Guide covers the initial installation, the creation of a configuration and
the process for loading an existing configuration.
This Quick Installation Guide applies to the following models:

IP address

We recommend that all IP cameras and encoders be assigned fixed IP addresses. Do not use
DHCP.

Bosch Recording Station 19-inch 2U (BRS 19-inch 2U)
Bosch Recording Station software is pre-installed with an 8 IP license.

each system
