Water leakage from drop-trap:
- model with insufficient quantity of folds.
- excessive speed (flow-rate) of crossing air.
- fissures not correctly sealed on the closing edge.
Insufficient humidification:
- wrong direction of rotation of the humidification pump. Invert two cables of the power supply line.
- nozzles are dirty.
- insufficient water level in the pump suction tank. Adjust the re-filling tap.
Excessive noise:
- failed unlocking of motorized ventilation unit.
- faulty or deteriorated bearings due to excessive overheating.
- magnetic howling of the motor caused by an excessive voltage drop.
- foreign material entered the fan scroll.
- vibration of gate blades, air ducts, openings due to excessive air speed.
- "pumping" of fan (more frequent in case of type with forward blades) due to the wrong calculation of the system resistances and,
therefore, of the static useful pressure required to the fan.
- counterstroke at the air recollection fan startup due to its non-simultaneous start with the delivery fan operating in series (only for fans with
forward blades).
- resonance between the unit bottom and the floor, due to the absence of a rubber strip under the foundation.
Before carrying out any operation, the maintenance man must switch off the power supply and disable
the unit, signaling the operation in progress by means of special notice boards.
All the maintenance operations must be carried out by specialized and appropriately trained personnel that must comply strictly with the
safety Standards in force.
Gates:
- gates with levers require a periodical lubrication of pins.
- extruded aluminum gates with nylon gears require cleaning only

Cell filters:

The pressure drop increases proportionally to the quantity of accumulated dust. When the maximum increase of 200 Pa is achieved, the
filter must be cleaned as described below, or replaced.
The cell filters with regenerable synthetic filtering material can be cleaned:
- by shaking
- by a vacuum cleaner, positioned on the air inlet side, so that suction is carried out in the opposite direction.
The same maintenance man shall judge if the filtering cells have to be replaced, we suggest to replace always the whole bench.
The filter washing is prohibited and, when installing them, the filters must be always clean and perfectly dry.
The cell filters with metal filtering material
After drying, apply mineral oil. These filters must be replaced after three washings.
