The units are usually dispatched with no packing. On request, they can be dispatched with
a their openings closed by means of plastic sheets, on pallet, in cage or in wood boxes.
Identification
The identification plate is applied on the side of the ventilation sections, to the panel adjacent to
the inspection door; this plate shows model, aeraulic characteristics, installed power and
manufacturing year.
The identification plate must be never removed and no correction or cancellation of data must
be made on it.
Reception
At the arrival, check that the UTA has not been damaged during the transport and, with the
delivery note, check both model and number of packages.
In case of evident damages, record on the same note the wording
due to evident damages" and, if possible, take some pictures of the damaged part before
unloading it or when the UTA is still close to the transport means, the latter being identifiable.
The "carriage free" and "carriage free with charge" returns are subject to the refund of damages
by the insurance company according to what indicated by Law No. 450 of August 22, 1985 which
defined the "limit of repairability".
Copy of this manual with all annexes is normally positioned inside the fan
inspection door.
The filter packages and the package containing the other accessories (seals, bolts and junction plates, spare

Handling
All the unloading and handling operations must be carried out by qualified personnel and in compliance with the safety standards
concerning both the used equipment and the operative procedures.
Before handling, make sure that, on the basis of the weights indicated on the relevant provided drawing, equipment and hoisting devices
are appropriate.
When making use of fork lifts, make sure that the brackets stick out of the opposite side, so that the both profiles of foundation rest on the
and avoiding to damage the bottom panels.
In case of hoisting with belts or ropes, in order to avoid deformations, we suggest to make use
spacers having length equal to or higher than the UTA width, hooking the eyelet holes to pipes
passing through the special holes provided on the foundation.
After unloading the component sections, should the UTA be exposed to bad weather, they shall
be protected by means of waterproof sheets.
All the modular section UTAs are complete with another package containing accessories and
seals necessary for their assembling.
