save you the cost of ordering an entire kit.
NOTE: Numbers in parenthesis ( ) are reference numbers for parts listed in Bill of Materials.

Installation Instructions for Kit number 80302

SYNOPSIS / PROBLEM:

This kit contains the parts needed to install a new side brush lift cable on the model 6080
and 3640 sweepers. Please follow step-by-step instructions.
SPECIAL TOOLS / CONSIDERATIONS: None
(Estimated time to complete: 2 hour)

INSTALLATION:

(Refer to FIG. 1, 2 and 3)
FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing machine, stop on level surface and set parking
brake. Then turn off machine and remove key.
1. Remove the filter cover from the rear of the machine. Remove the handle stop bracket
from the upper/left side of the filter compartment.
2. Pull up on the two handle locks and move the handle assembly to its lowest position.
(Refer to FIG. 3)
3. Remove the three hex screws holding the cover plate to the inside of the right side handle
tower. Remove the cover plate from the machine.
4. Remove the bolt holding the pivot plate to the plastic side arm. This will allow the plate and
handle assembly to be pulled away from the plastic arm for easy access.
