If using with the one-handed operation aid:

• Place your hand around the

VORTEX so that your fingers

are resting lightly on the one-

handed operation aid.

• Hold the mouthpiece between

your teeth and enclose it with

your lips.

Alternatively: Place the

VORTEX with mask gently on

the face.

• As you begin to breathe in slowly and deeply, press the one-

handed operation aid down so that a burst of spray is re-

leased.

• Relax your grip and hold your breath briefly.

• Then breathe out slowly into the mouthpiece or mask.
