10.3 Spray mist lubrication

The machine is equipped with a spray mist lubrication system
(GG, Figure 10-3), which lubricates the sawblade for a cooler
cleaner cut.
Lubrication starts automatically when the blade up-stroke is
initiated (pressing both buttons BB).
Check every 24 hours the sufficient lubricant level in the tank
(FF).
Lubricant: Oil, max 800 cSt, 40°C

11.0 User-Maintenance
WARNING:
Before any intervention on the machine, disconnect it from
electrical supply and from compressed air supply. Failure to
comply may cause serious injury.
Maintenance must be carried out by qualified staff.
Display any maintenance operation through a clearly visible
warning badge.
An important security factor is the cleaning of the machine, of
the working tables, of the floor and the surrounding places.
Loose objects could come into contact with the moving
sawblade, creating hazards.
Empty the chip tray regularly.
Check that bolts are tight and electrical cords are in good
condition. If an electrical cord is worn, cut, or damaged in any
way, have it replaced immediately.
Before starting the machine, make sure that no other person is
carrying out maintenance work.
