10.0 Machine Operation

10.1 Cutting execution

Turn Main Power ON (H, Figure 9-1).
Position the workpiece against the Fences (B).
Clamp the workpiece by means of Select Switch (DD), which
activates the pneumatic Workpiece hold-downs (K).

Close the Blade Guard (A).
Press the green Motor ON-button (AA) to start the motor.
Press simultaneously both buttons (BB) to start the saw blade
up-stroke and to start the spray mist lubrication.
When cutting is completed, open the blade guard and loosen
the workpiece hold-downs by means of select switch (DD).
Remove the workpieces (profiles).
Clean table and fence, by using the air gun (D).
Press the red Motor OFF-button (CC) to stop the motor.
WARNING:
The profile must be clamped on left and right side of saw
blade, by use of both hold-down clamps.

10.2 Cutting area protection
To operate the machine, the workpiece hold-downs (K, Figure
10-2) must be activated and the blade guard (A) must be closed.
A micro switch (Z) monitors the blade guard position.
