5.1 What is AIRe Lens remote viewer?
AIRe Lens Remote Viewer (Viewer) is a function that makes it possible to view the currently displayed AIRe
Lens screen on another device. Without wearing the AIRe Lens, a person can view AIRe Lens display con-
tents to provide the user with information about how to use it, and to confirm the working conditions of the
wearer, etc.
On-screen buttons also can be used to execute certain AIRe Lens button operation from a remote location.
5.2 Operating environment
Communication between the AIRe Lens and a device running Viewer via network is performed by Viewer.
Therefore, the AIRe Lens needs to be connected to a wireless LAN access point. Also, the device running
Viewer needs to be connected to a network environment that supports IP address based communication.
Configure the network as instructed by the network administrator.
5.3 Supported devices and browsers
Viewer runs the browser of the device being used to view the AIRe Lens screen. The table below shows the
devices, operating systems (OS), and browsers recommended for running Viewer.

Confirm the IP address.
% Confirming the IP address of the AIRe Lens whose screen is to be viewed is needed to use Viewer.

Update the OS and browser.
% Before using Viewer, confirm that the versions of the device OS and browser to be used to view the
AIRe Lens screen are as specified. For details, refer to page 5-3. If they are not, update the OS
and/or browser to the required versions.

browser being used.
