Symptom
Cannot connect to a net-
work.
Sound is not audible.

Action
• Confirm that the wireless adapter being used is specified by KONICA
MINOLTA.
• Confirm that the wireless adapter is connected correctly.
• Confirm that the area where the AIRe Lens is being used is compat-
ible with use of a wireless LAN environment.
• Turn off power and wait for about five seconds. And then turn on
again.
• Confirm that the earphones are connected correctly.
• Confirm if the AIRe Lens has been paired with the Bluetooth device.
• Confirm that Off is not selected for the earphone volume setting.
• With the earphones connected, turn the AIRe Lens off and then on
again.
