Viewer troubleshooting
Symptom
Unable to access the Viewer

URL access was successful,

AIRe Lens
Action
•
The input AIRe Lens IP address may be wrong. Confirm if the IP ad-
dress is wrong.
•
The device being used and the AIRe Lens may not be participating
on a network both devices are able to access. Confirm that the net-
work where both devices are participating is correct.
•
AIRe Lens power may be turned off. Confirm that AIRe Lens power
is turned on.
•
The input user name and password may be wrong. Confirm the user
name and password, and input them again.
•
The network between the equipment being used and the AIRe Lens
may be congested. Wait for a while and then try to access again.
•
There may be another device accessing the AIRe Lens at the same
time. Wait for a while and then try to access again or discontinue
Viewer use from the other device.
•
The network between the equipment being used and the AIRe Lens
may be congested. Wait for a while and then try to access again.
•
There may be another device accessing the AIRe Lens at the same
time. Confirm that no one else is using Viewer.
•
There may be a heavy processor load on the device being used. Exit
running apps.
