Configuring Advanced operator controls

The following procedure describes the configuration of an Advanced operator control and
follows the "Assignment example for an Extension Unit Advanced", see the corresponding
section in the chapter "Specifying the operator controls and slots (Page 31)". The
configuration is the same as for the Standard operator controls.
Requirement
● The necessary software is installed.
● A project with a communication module is open.
● The Device view is open.
Procedure
1. In the device view, select the desired communication module.
2. Select the required operator control in the catalog tree.
3. Drag the operator control to the appropriate slot. The slot number must match the order in
which the operator control is connected to the internal bus.
