readings in memory. This is because more battery power is required for
conducting a measurement, e.g. inflating the cuff, than displaying the

The cuff is applicable to wrist with circumference between
12.5 and 22.5 cm. Take your wrist size before measurement.

SIT ON A CHAIR AND APPLY CUFF.
Find a chair and a table so that you can be comfortably seated with your feet
flat on the floor and your back and arm supported.
Remove watch or bracelet.
Put the cuff on your left wrist directly on the
skin with the display screen on the side of
your palm.
The monitor should be placed at the center
of your wrist with the top of the monitor
positioned 5 to 10 mm from the bottom of
your palm.

The enclosed batteries are for monitoring, and their life may be shorter than
that of commercial batteries.
Fasten the cuff and press the surface of the cuff
to make sure the hook and loop attaches
securely.
The cuff should fit snugly and there should be
no space between the cuff and your wrist.
Take care that your clothing is not caught
beneath the cuff.
You may use your right wrist for measurement. However, make sure to use
same wrist for measurement; the blood pressure on left wrist and right wrist
may not be the same.
