3. Disconnect the cable for the cutting height
adjustment motor from the cutting height circuit
board.
4. Remove the screw and holder for the cutting height
circuit board.
5. Pull out the cutting height circuit board.
6. Remove the 4 screws that hold the cutting height
adjustment motor.
7. Lift up and remove the cutting height adjustment
motor.
8. Install in opposite sequence.
9. Calibrate the cutting height adjustment. Refer to
Tools - Calibrate on page 14 .

6.21 The wheel motors

The 2 wheel motors are brushless DC motors. The
motors are supplied as a unit together with gearbox,
wheel motor end cover, gasket, hub and cable.

Right and left wheel motors are identical and have the
same article number as spare parts. The motors have to
be replaced if they are faulty.
6.21.1 To replace the front wheel and to add
grease to the front wheel bearing
This section gives information on how to remove all
parts of the front wheel. For service or to replace spare
parts all steps may not be necessary.
1. Remove the body. Refer to
the body on page 20 .
2. Remove the lower chassis. Refer to
install the upper chassis on page 20 .
3. Remove the lock washer on the spindle in the lower
chassis.
4. Remove the washer and the bearing from the top
side
5. Remove the spindle, washer and ball bearing from
the bottom side.
6. Remove the 3 screws.
