6.18.4 To replace the SIM card, 420/440 only as
accessory
For communication circuit boards that have a separate
SIM card and not an e-SIM.
®
1. Deactivate Automower
Connect in the display
®
Accessories > Automower
Connect .
menu
2. Remove the communication circuit board. Refer to
To replace the communication circuit board, 420/440
only as accessory on page 29 .
3. Slide the hatch to the SIM card holder and open the
hatch.

4. Remove the SIM card from the holder.
5. Install a new SIM card in the holder.
6. Install in opposite sequence.
Note: The HMI cable must be connected in correct
direction.
7. Switch on the product.
8. Connect to Autocheck.
9. Reset the Communcation circuitboard in Autocheck.
Note: When you reset the communication circuit
board, the geofence settings are set to default and
the phone numbers are deleted.

10. Activate Automower
Connect in the display menu
®
Accessories > Automower
Connect . The function is
active after 5 minutes.
6.18.5 To replace the ultrasonic sensors 450X/
450XH/550/550H
To remove and install
1. Remove the body. Refer to
the body on page 20 .
To replace the top
2. Remove the top cover. Refer to
cover 430X/430XH/450X/450XH/520/550/550H on
page 22 .

3. Push the clips to the ultrasonic sensors and lift them
up.
4. Disconnect the cables of the ultrasonic sensors.
5. Install in opposite sequence.

450XH/550/550H

3. Disconnect the 2 cables from the ultrasonic circuit
board.
4. Remove the 2 screws and holders that holds the
ultrasonic circuit board to the lower chassis.
5. Remove the ultrasonic circuit board.
6. Install in opposite sequence.
6.18.7 To replace the front loop circuit board
The front loop sensors are integrated in the front sensor
circuit board. The sensors cannot be replaced
