Cause
Boundary wire broken.
The boundary wire is not connected to
the charging station
The power supply is not connected.
The power voltage cable is damaged or
not connected
The pairing between the product and
the charging station is broken.
The boundary wire is laid in the wrong
direction around an island.
Disturbances from metal objects (fen-
ces, reinforcement steel) or buried ca-
bles.
ECO mode is activated and the product
has attempted to start outside the
charging station.
The boundary wire connections to the
charging station are crossed.
The boundary wire is too close to the
edge of the work area.
The work area slopes too much at the
boundary wire.
The boundary wire is laid in the wrong
direction around an island.
The product finds it hard to distinguish
the signal beacause of an installation
close by.
Disturbances from magnetic objects
(fences, reinforcement steel) or buried
cables close by.
The product is stuck in a small area be-
hind a number of obstacles.
Action
Check the signal given by the LED on
the charging station. Refer to
nal on page 56 .
Check that the boundary wire connec-
tors are fitted properly to the charging
station.
Check the wall socket connection and
whether an earth-fault breaker has trip-
ped. Check that the low voltage cable
is connected to the charging station.
Check that the low voltage cable is not
damaged.
Check that it is properly connected to
the charging station and to the power
supply.
Put the product in the charging station
and generate a new loop signal.
Check that the boundary wire has been
laid according to the instructions. Refer
Installation - Boundaries within the
to
working area in the Operator's manual.
Try moving the boundary wire and/or
creating additional islands in the work
area.
Put the product in the charging station,
start the product and close the hatch.
Check that the boundary wire is con-
nected correctly to the charging station.
Check that the boundary wire has been
laid according to the instructions.
