DESCRIZIONE DEI COMPONENTI
1 VALVOLA PRESSOSTATICA
Dotata di presa di pressione sulla tubazione del gas in usci-
ta dal compressore, modula la quantità d'acqua necessaria
per il raffreddamento del condensatore mantenendo costan-
te la temperatura di condensazione.
2 SCATOLA ELETTRICA
La scheda gestisce l'accensione e lo spegnimento del com-
pressore a seconda delle richieste dell'unità interna.
3 COMPRESSORE
Il compressore ermetico rotativo ad alta efficenza, isolato
acusticamente, azionato da un motore elettrico con prote-
zione termo-amperometrica e montato su supporti elastici
antivibranti.
4 MOBILE DI COPERTURA
La carpenteria, realizzata in lamiera zincata verniciata a
caldo con polveri poliuretaniche, risulta durevole ed inat-
taccabile dalla ruggine.
5 CONDENSATORE AD ACQUA
Del tipo a piastre in acciaio inox AISI 316.
6 PRESSOSTATO DI ALTA
A taratura fissa, posto sul lato ad alta pressione del circuito
frigorifero, arresta il funzionamento del compressore in caso
di pressioni anomale di lavoro. A riarmo manuale di tipo
miniguard.
- CIRCUITO FRIGORIFERO
Il circuito frigorifero, realizzato in tubo di rame saldato con
lega di argento e provvisto di organo di laminazione di tipo
capillare.
IMBALLO
Le unità vengono spedite con imballo standard.
L'imballo standard può essere completato, su richiesta, da
una gabbia o cassa di legno.
ACCESSORI
LG – LINEA FRIGORIFERA PREISOLATA
È costituita tubo in rame disossidato al fosforo di qualità
CuF22-dhp-uni 5649/71 L.C.V. sottoposto a trattamento
anticorrosione puntiforme (pitting corrosion) con procedi-
mento conforme ai requisiti ISO - 9002 - UNI-EN- 29002
(certificazione nr.94.008). Le caratteristiche meccaniche, la
dimensione e le tolleranze sono rispondenti alla vigente
normativa ASTM-B-280, DIN 1786.
Rivestimento isolante flessibile in polietilene espanso a cel-
lule chiuse di alta qualità senza CFC, con basso coefficiente
di conducibilità termica, spessori e caratteristiche conformi
alla norma tecnica UNI 10376.
La pellicola esterna è in PVC antigraffio applicato a caldo,
sulla superfice è stampato lo sviluppo metrico della linea.
È disponibile in rotoli della lunghezza di 50 m.

COMPONENT DESCRIPTION

1 PRESSURE VALVE
Features pressure tap on compressor gas outlet, regulates
water flow necessary for cooling the condenser while main-
taining condensing temperature constant.
2 ELECTRIC BOX
The card controls the activation/deactivation of the com-
pressor in accordance with indoor unit requirements.
3 COMPRESSOR
Soundproofed high-efficiency rotary hermetic compressor,
actuated by electric motor with thermal-amp protection,
mounted on vibration-damping supports.
4 HOUSING
The housing of the unit is made from polyurethane hot-pain-
ted galvanised sheet metal, making it extremely sturdy and
virtually rustproof.
5 WATER COOLED CONDENSER
Plate type exchanger in stainless steel AISI 316.
6 HIGH-PRESSURE SWITCH
Fixed setting switch on the high-pressure side of the cooling
circuit, stops the compressor in the event of abnormal ope-
rating pressure values. Manual reset miniguard type.
– REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT
Refrigerant circuit made from copper tube welded with sil-
ver alloy, with capillary expansion device.
PACKING
Units are shipped in standard packing filled.
Wooden or slatted crates are available on request to supple-
ment the standard packing provided.

LG - PRE-INSULATED REFRIGERATION LINE
High quality phosphorized copper tubing CuF22-DHP-UNI
5649/71 L.C.V.. Subjected to anti-pitting treatment using
procedure in accordance with ISO - 9002 - UNI-EN- 29002
(certification no.94.008). Mechanical characteristics, dimen-
sions and tolerances meet ASTM-B-280 and DIN 1786 stan-
dards.
Flexible insulation in high quality CFC-free closed cell
expanded polyethylene, with low thermal conductivity coef-
ficient; thickness and characteristics meet technical standard
UNI 10376.
The outer skin is in heat-applied non-scratch PVC and is
printed with a line length scale.
Available in 50 m rolls.
