(B) Attach the Cross Beam(2#) to the 2pcs stabilizers (1#) together ,Secure them together with 4pcs M10*75 Carriage bolt (19#), 4pcs curved washer (24#) and 4 pcs M10 Aircraft nut(25#)

Install another with the same way.
Assembly instructions Step 3 (A) Attach the backrest pad(10#) to the support and secure them with 2pcs M8×20 allen bolt(15#) and 2pcs Ф8 washer (21#). (B) Attach the arm curl pad (11#) onto the dip arm(7#), Secure them with 2pcs M8×70 Allen bolt(17#) and 2pcs curved washer(23#), Install another with the same way.
