16 Connections/Installation

16.1 Air duct routing

Attention:
The sound attenuator must be installed downstream of the humidification unit, so that the built-in microphone detects
the sound of the ventilation unit and only then can the correct operation of the humidification unit be ensured.

16.2 Waste water connection

Waste water connection (included in the scope of delivery)
Both waste water connections must be connected loosely in a waste water pipe (HAT pipe DN 40 mm or 50 mm)
countersunk by around 3 cm. An odour seal (siphon) must be created on site with e.g. 4 90 ° pipe bends.
Attention:
Do not connect hoses directly to the outlets. The maximum water volume of 2.5 litres is drained in around eight seconds.
